| Glaive |
The glaive is a unique weapon, crafted for Jarred by the magic of Talon Darklighter, an elven master-craftsman. Semi-circular in design, it has retracting blades and is thrown in much the same manner as a frisbee, but with much deadlier results. It has several enchantments on it - He can recall it to him, even from across realms, protecting it from theft. The blades are enchanted to remain sharp. Also, an onyx gemstone - provided by his dear friend Gem Bluestone - is set in the center, both stone and metal weapon magically integrated with one another. The onyx stone can, upon command of the owner of the weapon, draw within itself the soul of a single being. It can hold only one such soul at a time.
Jarred no long possesses this weapon. He gave it to his son, Corbin, calling Corbin to him to recieve it while he was imprisoned by Cyril Valkin. Corbin, following his father's instructions, hid the weapon well, somewhere within his own realm of Eidolon. (Read more about the glaive by reading about Corbin.) |
